Outfit of the day: Dark blue+black

 Hi everybody!
Another outfit, this time a little more formal, perfect for a working day. When I thought about mixing dark blue with black, I wasn´t very convinced, but when I tried all the outfit on, I realized that I love the final result! If you change the top for a shirt, you could get a very special and different look for an event or formal dinner.
This week I'm soo excited, I'll spend the summer in Spain and I leave London for a few months. That means I won´t be living with Laura (my soul sister and the other half of the blog), but we will sort it out and we will keep going with the blog!

Hoy os traemos otro outfit, esta vez más formal, perfecto y comodísimo para un día de trabajo. Cuando pensé en mezclar azul oscuro con negro, no estaba muy convencida al principio, pero cuando me probé todo el conjunto, ¡me dí cuenta de que me encanta la combinación! Si cambias la camiseta por una camisa, podrías conseguir un look más especial y diferente para algún evento o cena más formal.
Esta semana estoy suuuper nerviosa y emocionada. Pasaré el verano en España y dejo Londres por unos pocos meses. Esto significa que no estaré viviendo con Laura (mi alma gemela y la otra mitad del blog), pero lo solucionaremos y, ¡seguiremos con el blog por supuesto!

Mustard

Hello everyone!!

I bring another outfit for you guys!!...Comfy would be the best word to describe it, thanks to this trousers, they are not so tight, that way your body can breathe. The thing that caught my attention of this trousers is the colour, mustard!...It´s a colour never out of fashion and I love the combo mustard-red. This photo shoot was so special thanks to our beloved Claire, best photographer ever!!...She always knows how to make a girl look pretty in her camera!!...I hope you enjoy the pictures and LOVE!!

Hoy o sun traigo un look de lo más cómodo, gracias a estos pantalones. Además de comodidad, lo que más llamó mi atención  fue el color mostaza, un color que está presente en todas las temporadas y que combiando con rojo queda genial!... ONE DRESS, TWO LOOKS

Hello everyone!!

Sorry for the lack of posts lately, we have been really busy working in an important change for BetweenButtons, and I can´t say anything else, you will see!!

Today we are opening a new section in the blog, ONE GARMENT TWO LOOKS!...aimed to show you how versatile can be an item if you pair it with different accessories, getting different results.

Opening the new headland, this yellow dress. I was waiting for warmer temperatures because I wanted to wear it tightsless, and I could do it yesterday, at last, because we had a really summery day!!

As you can see, I´ve paired it with different accessories, to get a dress up look, and another one more casual. Just adding a biker leather jacket, moccasins, sunglasses and my bag with the strap across-body way, I got a day-outfit, perfect to spend a sunny day out, walking around. 

To get a dress-up look, I combined my dress with stilettos shoes and  I used my handbag as a clutch!!..and voilá!..you´ve got a new look, perfect for  summer evenings.

Perdonad por la ausencia de posts ultimante, pero hemos estado muy ocupadas trabajando en un nuevo proyecto que esperamos salga a luz muy prontito y con que estamos muy ilusionadas!!

Hoy abrimos nueva sección en BetweenButtons, ONE GARMENT, TWO LOOKS!...en la que os mostraremos cómo podeis conseguir looks totalmente diferentes simplemente cambiando los complementos.

Para abrir esta nueva sección, este vestido amarillo de Zara. He estado esperando a que las temperaturas londinenses me diesen una tregua y saliese el sol, porque queria llevarlo sin media, y parece que por fin he llegaod el "veranillo de San Miguel", cruzando los dedos para que dure más de dos días en este Londres lluvioso. He intentado mostraros un look mas caual y otro más serio. Añadiendo una biker de cuero, mocasines, gafas de sol y un bolso con asa larga podeis aseguraros un look natural, super cómodo para pasar un día primaveral paseando por la ciudad. 

Si lo que quereis es conseguir un look mucho más formal, para una cena o incluso para una comunión o bautizo, solo teneís que añadir un par de stilettos, negros o de algún otro color, y un bolsito clutch. 

De esta manera conseguís darle mucha vida a una misma pieza, haciendo que sea vérsatil y que se adapte a vuestros planes.

Hi guys!

If I would have to choose the most comfy look,I think I would choose something similar to this one I show you. With some black skinny jeans, a top and some stilettos, you can get a wonderful result. 

 About the top, I have to say that I´ve never liked peplum items, but I think this one has something special. Maybe the leather sleeves o the oversize size made that it was love at first sight.

We have Bank Holiday in London because of Easter, so enjoy the holidays!

Si tuviese que elegir un look con el que me sienta más cómoda y que se ajuste más a mi estilo, creo que elegiría algo muy parecido a este. Con unos simples pitillos negros, camiseta y stilettos, se puede conseguir un resultado maravilloso. 

Respecto a la camiseta, he de decir que nunca he sido muy fan del peplum pero creo que esta tiene algo especial, serían las mangas rematadas en piel o el tamaño oversize lo que hizo que fuese amor a primera vista.

Mañana empieza un largo puente en Londres debido a la Semana Santa, así que, a ¡disfrutar de las vacaciones se ha dicho!

Today we bring a special post for all of you, with Barbara Martelo, Fashion Editor. I didn´t know she is from Spain, she started her career as stylist at Telva and then she joined Vogue Spain team.  Now Barbara publishes in several magazines around the world and she also works as a consultant for designers. She is such a source of inspiration to us.

I´ve chose her because she perfectly represents the chic french style, skinny trousers, silky blouses or oversize t-shirts and stilettos, always faithful to only one color: black. Classic and basics pieces paired with some key pieces; leather, fur coats, Balmain jackets!

Mini leather skirts tightless that enhances femenine curves. You don´t need to be a wise to realise this is the perfect look, with a less is more attitude. I´m sorry guys, my opinion is so biased because for me this is THE LOOK! Elegance in pure!
